Can you engrave my art on the stampers?
- Yes, that is our specialty. Send us good clean camera ready
art by email and normally within 24 hours your stamper is
ready. We need art in a vector format and we work on PC computers.
2) What is the difference
between your wax and the old style wax I know about?
- Our product is not wax. It is a petroleum based
product that looks and feels like genuine wax but it will
not crack or break like traditional wax. Our material is safe
to mail and is slightly flexible. The traditional wax requires
an open flame and emits a lot of smoke. Our sticks fit in
a standard glue gun and are virtually odorless.
3) How easy is it to
make the seals
- To make your own seals just warm up your glue gun,
you will have to flush out the old glue that is in it by running
about 1 1/2 of our colored sticks through the gun. To ensure
the die does not stick to the faux wax just chill the die.
We use a 99 cent ice pack, just rest the stamper on the ice
pack until the die feels cold. Pour a circle of wax with the
glue gun and gently center and place the stamper into the
puddle of wax. It takes about 1 minute for the wax to chill
and harden, then gentle pull the die from the wax and you
are done.
4) How many seals can
I make with each stick
- Our sticks are 3/4" x 4" and will make
anywhere from 12 to 20 regular size seals. They will make
8 - 15 larger size seals.
5) Can I mail the seals
or will they break
- Our seals are safe to mail on the outside or inside
of an envelope. Please note that when on the outside they
may add to your post cost. In USA and Canada (I don't know
about the UK) they now measure the thickness of envelopes,
depending on what is already in the envelope when placed on
the outside may put you over the normal thickness. You can
drop into any post office and they will have a measuring tool
and check for you.
6) How fast do you deliver
- Normal production time for us is 48 hours. If you
are sending us a custom design it may take longer if we have
to re-touch or re-draw your artwork. If your art is in a vector
format for a PC or MAC we will be right on track for our normal quick
production.
7) How long will it take
me to make 100 seals
As a guess we would say over 1 1/2 hours. It takes
about 3 minutes per seal with pouring, cooling the wax and
re-cooling the die for the next seal. This is why we created
waxseals.com and use automatic machinery for those of you
that don't want to spend the time doing this yourself.
8) How much will shipping
cost
Shipping costs will depend on where you are located.

9) Do you offer rush
service
We are so fast that there should be no need for rush
service. We will always do whatever we can to ensure you get
your orders as fast as you need and would never apply any
extra costs.
10) What countries will
you ship to
We will ship to anywhere on the planet except to
Nigeria/Malaysia/Indonesia (no exceptions)
11) I don't like to use
my credit card on the internet. Can I still place an order
with you?
Yes of course! We accept mail order, phone and fax
orders. We prefer that you call or email in your order as
there are so many variables regarding size, art and wax colors

12) Do you wholesale
Yes, we will wholesale our products to Stationery
dealers and retailers. You must have an online or storefront
presence and promote our line. One time wholesale orders are

is also available.
13) Will you drop ship
for us directly to our clients
Of course! We have a great label system that allows
us to put your name and address on all shipments. We will
do whatever it takes to get and keep your business.
