When a product really delivers what the results claimed behind it, it's almost a rare thing today. I just wanted to say that your die and wax delivered nothing short of professional results. I really couldn't believe how easy the process was, and how amazing the final result was. I just wanted to thank you for selling a product that can truly make this claim. The cost vs. impact ratio is outstanding. For a small amount, the wedding invitations went from somewhat generic, to looking like a fully custom piece. It took about 5 seals of practice to get the wax amount right, and to get the pressure on all sides correct so that the wax squeezes to all sides equally. A tip, I found that the ice pack doesn't create a flat enough surface, and there is a void between the cold pack and the seal, so I put the pack in a bowl of water, along with some ice cubes. I simply wiped the die dry on my jeans before each stamp and the cooling effect was extremely good.
